Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for UK customers:
- Standard Delivery (2-5 business days): £2.99
- Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £30
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@cloudport.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping but plan to expand our services in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates.
